All of my designs come with a construction plan so that you can have your dream garden created whenever your ready! Below is the typical process that I follow once you reach out and are ready to discover the yard of your dreams.

Consultation: Sign up for an onsite consultation by visiting our website and filling out the consultation request form. Once you submit the form, our team will receive your request, and a designer will promptly reach out to you. During the consultation, the designer will discuss your backyard design preferences, project details, and specific areas you would like to be designed. This is an opportunity for you to share your ideas, while the designer provides valuable insights and suggestions based on their expertise. They will also explain our design process in more detail, ensuring you have a clear understanding of how we'll proceed with your project.
Design Phase: After the consultation, our designer will start working on creating a custom design that brings your backyard vision to life. They will consider your preferences, requirements, and desired areas to be designed, incorporating elements such as landscaping, hardscaping, and water features. The design will strike a balance between practicality and aesthetics, always keeping your preferences in mind. Our designer will dedicate their expertise and creativity to develop a comprehensive plan for your outdoor space. We aim to deliver a captivating and personalized design that transforms your backyard into a remarkable retreat.

Revisions: We value your feedback and input to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision. You will have the opportunity to review the design and provide feedback for up to 5 rounds of revisions. Each round of revisions typically takes up to 3 days to incorporate your requested changes. This collaborative process allows us to refine the design and ensure it meets your expectations while maintaining its overall integrity.
Final Design: Once the design has undergone the revision process and meets your satisfaction, we will finalize the design for your backyard project. Upon approval, the remaining design fee is due. We will provide you with the completed design package, including detailed plans, visual representations, and any additional documentation necessary for the implementation of the design.
